Prof.He received his degrees (from Bachelor to Ph.D Degree) fromZhejiangUniversity. Prof.He is Associate Editor of ASME Journal of Computing and Information Science in Engineering. Dr.He has interests in sustainable intelligent design and manufacturing for carbon neutral, and robotics.
