Biograpghy: Tiniakov Dmytro V. has completed his PhD at the age of 37 years at the National Aerospace University of Ukraine, Kharkov. He worked the Associate Professor of Airplane and Helicopter Design Department, was the Chief of Pre-university Learning Department until 2016 November. Now He operates the Associate Professor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics at the Civil Aviation College. He has published approximate 20 papers in reputed journals, 25 conference abstracts, 1 patent, also He participated in 1 State research project.
